3. Select Kazang from the list of available methods

4. Enter your Betway Voucher pin and select “Redeem”

OTT Voucher

1. You can buy OTT vouchers at more than 20,000 outlets across South Africa

2. Buy a prepaid voucher at Boxer Superstores, Makro, Game, or GloCell outlets

3. Log into your Betway account

4. Select Deposit, and choose OTT voucher

5. Enter your voucher code and tap Redeem

1ForYou Voucher

1. Buy a 1ForYou Voucher at your nearest FLASH trader, PEP store, Ackermans, Shoprite, Checkers, OK, Usave, House&Home or Dealz

2. Log into your Betway account

3. Select Deposit, and choose 1ForYou Voucher

4. Enter the 1ForYou Voucher code and tap Redeem

EasyLoad

1. Visit your nearest EasyLoad vendor

2. Buy a prepaid voucher

3. Log into your Betway account

4. Select Deposit, and choose EasyLoad

5. Enter your voucher code and tap Redeem

How to buy Betway vouchers using the Capitec app

You can buy most of these prepaid vouchers at Betway through the Capitec mobile banking app. To buy a voucher, follow these steps:

1. Load the Capitec app on your phone

2. Tap “Transact”, then “Buy vouchers”

3. Choose a voucher. These vouchers are available:

   1. OTT Voucher

   2. Blu Voucher

4. Select the “From” account (the account from which you’ll pay)

5. Choose or input the voucher amount

6. Enter the receiving mobile number

7. Tap “Buy now” to finalize the transaction

How to redeem a Betway voucher

You can redeem your Betway voucher in a few easy steps:

1. After a successful Betway login, head over to “Deposit funds” in the menu

2. Select the voucher of your choice

3. Input the voucher PIN

4. Select “Redeem”

5. Your account will be instantly credited with the voucher amount.

Note that you have to have your FICA verification completed to be able to make a deposit.

What happens if you win

If you make a deposit using a prepaid Betway voucher, make sure you play through the entire amount before trying to request a withdrawal. Even if you win, you’ll have to play through the voucher's value. This is not a requirement from Betway itself but a rule imposed by the applicable anti-money laundering regulations, as detailed in the bookmaker’s Terms & Conditions.
